-
At this time, Maile Wellness does not offer telehealth services.
We have intentionally chosen an in-person care model to ensure the highest level of assessment, precision, and outcomes—particularly for hormone optimization, metabolic health, and midlife care.
Telehealth services may be introduced in the future as additional state licensure is obtained. Any expansion will be communicated clearly to existing and prospective clients.

Maile Wellness does not replace your primary care provider or OB-GYN. Instead, we offer what many women are not receiving in traditional care: time, clarity, and a deeply personalized approach.
Our role is to complement your existing providers—or serve as a supportive starting point while you establish care elsewhere. We focus on the systems most often overlooked in conventional visits and are happy to collaborate with your PCP or OB-GYN to ensure cohesive, whole-person care aligned with your goals.
-
Our care model is proactive, individualized, and outcomes-based—designed to help women thrive through midlife and beyond.

HORMONE OPTIMIZATION
-
Hormone therapy is designed to restore balance when hormone levels shift—often during perimenopause, menopause, or other life transitions.
At Maile Wellness, hormone therapy is personalized, evidence-based, and carefully monitored. It may help alleviate symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, brain fog, fatigue, low libido, vaginal dryness, mood changes, joint pain, and sleep disturbances.
In addition to symptom relief, hormone therapy may support bone health, heart health, energy, sexual wellness, and overall quality of life.
-
We offer individualized hormone therapy options including:
Bioidentical hormone therapy (estradiol and progesterone)
Testosterone therapy
Thyroid hormone therapy
Therapy is customized based on your symptoms, lab results, and goals.
Pellet therapy is not offered. -
A thorough evaluation—including symptom review, medical history, and comprehensive lab testing—helps determine whether hormone imbalance is contributing to how you feel and whether hormone therapy is appropriate.
